Nothing here was shot in a studio. Each piece was photographed in the building that prompted it, at the hour it is meant to be worn — which is why the whites read warm at Mehrauli and cold at Kala Ghoda.

From the shoot

We stopped hiring models for the lookbook in 2021. A garment cut to twelve measurements looks wrong on a body it was not cut for, and every stylist in the room could see it.
